LEE, NY — A 62-year-old man was arrested following a dispute that occurred earlier this month, according to Oneida County Sheriff Robert M. Maciol.
Oneida County Sheriff’s Deputies were dispatched to a dispute on Lee Center Taberg Road in the Town of Lee on Jan. 16, 2026, at approximately 11:15 a.m.
Upon arrival, deputies determined that property was damaged and an order of protection violation had occurred.
The investigation was turned over to members of the Criminal Investigations Unit.
Roger F. Gullerat, of Lee, was arrested on Jan. 21, 2026, and charged with criminal contempt in the first degree and criminal mischief in the third degree, both E felonies.
Gullerat was transported to the Kurt B. Wyman Law Enforcement Building for processing.
He was processed, released and issued an appearance ticket returnable to Lee Town Court at a later date.
