JOHNSTOWN, NY — The Fulton County Sheriff’s Office arrested 13 people and handled 146 incidents between Dec. 29 and Jan. 4.
Jessica A. Eberle, 35, was charged in Johnstown City Court with offering a false instrument for filing in the first degree, a class E felony; welfare fraud in the fifth degree, a class A misdemeanor; and petit larceny, a class A misdemeanor.
Victor R. Trippodo, 46, was charged in Perth Town Court with forcible touching, a class A misdemeanor; and endangering the welfare of a child, a class A misdemeanor.
Thomas Croote III, 44, was arrested on a warrant out of Johnstown Town Court.
Zane H. Pratt, 22, was charged in Johnstown Town Court with operating a motor vehicle with blood alcohol content of .08% or more, first offense, an unclassified misdemeanor; and driving while intoxicated, first offense, an unclassified misdemeanor.
Ashley S. Frasier, 39, was arrested on a warrant out of Gloversville City Court.
John S. Lawrence, 60, was charged in Broadalbin Town Court with assault in the second degree, a class D felony; menacing in the second degree, a class A misdemeanor; criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree, a class A misdemeanor; and endangering the welfare of a child, a class A misdemeanor.
Tosha M. Rivera, 40, was arrested on a warrant out of Montgomery County.
Harley E. Dew, 30, was charged in Johnstown Town Court with petit larceny, a class A misdemeanor.
Derick C. Romeyn, 42, was charged in Johnstown Town Court with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, an unclassified misdemeanor; and operating a motor vehicle while registration suspended, an unclassified misdemeanor.
Frankie A. Candiano, 32, was charged in Perth Town Court with stalking in the third degree, a class B misdemeanor.
Kenneth R. Hershberger, 56, was charged in Ephratah Town Court with reckless endangerment in the second degree, a class A misdemeanor; and harassment in the second degree, a violation.
Travis J. Wrobel, 25, was arrested on a warrant out of Johnstown Town Court.
Jamal L. Decoteauhird, 28, was charged in Perth Town Court with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, an unclassified misdemeanor; and operating a motor vehicle while registration suspended, an unclassified misdemeanor.
The incidents included four animal complaints, three disorderly conduct calls, five domestic violence complaints, 22 motor vehicle accidents, 18 traffic stops and six welfare checks.
