ELLICOTTVILLE, NY — The Ellicottville Police Department arrested a 20-year-old man on multiple charges following an incident in the town on Jan. 17, 2026.
Kash D. Ball, of Salamanca, was charged with disorderly conduct, two counts of possession of a forged instrument in the second degree, two counts of false personation and resisting arrest.
Possession of a forged instrument in the second degree is a class D felony.
Ball was issued appearance tickets directing him to appear in Ellicottville Town Court at a later date to answer the charges.
