Man arrested on weapons charges in Cuba

CUBA, NY — Police arrested a local man early Sunday on multiple charges including felony weapon possession.

Derick J. Blake, 44, of Cuba, was taken into custody at approximately 1:36 a.m. Jan. 19, according to the Cuba Police Department.

Blake faces charges of third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a felony, and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a misdemeanor.

He was also charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, a misdemeanor, and second-degree harassment, a violation.

Blake was processed and transported to the Allegany County Jail.
