Man cited on forgery charge in Rockingham

ROCKINGHAM, VT — Detectives from the Vermont State Police received a report on Oct. 3, 2024, that a man forged a signature on a financial document.

An investigation revealed that Ronald Lake, 60, of Rockingham, forged a signature without proper authorization and submitted the document to a financial institution.

On Jan. 14, Lake was issued a citation to appear in Windham County Court on March 17 to answer to the charge of uttering a forged instrument.
