SCHENECTADY, NY — Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a suspect involved in an ongoing animal cruelty investigation.
The Schenectady Police Department is working with the New York State Humane Association on the case.
The New York State Humane Association is offering a $1,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the individual responsible.
