OTEGO, NY — A man was arrested following a property damage motor vehicle accident on Jan. 17, 2026.
Victor G. Quisquina, 30, of Annandale, Virginia, was charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated DWI with .18% or more of alcohol, operating a motor vehicle with .08 of 1% or more alcohol in blood, unlicensed operator, driving on shoulders and slopes, moved from lane unsafely and failure to keep right.
The Otsego County Sheriff’s Office investigated the accident and determined Quisquina was operating the vehicle while intoxicated by alcohol and did not possess a valid driver’s license.
Quisquina was processed and released with uniform traffic tickets and an appearance ticket.
He is scheduled to appear in Otego Town Court at a later date.
