SHREWSBURY, MA — A vehicle crashed through the front lobby of the Shrewsbury Police Headquarters on Monday afternoon.
The incident occurred at approximately 2:02 p.m. when a black 2022 BMW SUV struck the building.
The operator, who was the sole occupant of the vehicle, was taken into custody and transported to a local hospital with injuries.
No officers, staff or citizens were injured in the crash.
The front lobby of the police headquarters is closed while the incident remains under investigation.
