LUNENBURG, VT — A Concord man was arrested on a DUI charge following a motor vehicle complaint on U.S. Route 2.
Vermont State Police from the St. Johnsbury Barracks were notified of the complaint at 2:59 p.m. Jan. 17, 2026.
Troopers located the suspect vehicle and identified the operator as Andrew Yarema, 44, of Concord.
While speaking with Yarema, troopers detected indicators of impairment.
Yarema was arrested on suspicion of DUI and transported to the St. Johnsbury Barracks for processing.
Yarema was charged with DUI, second offense.
He was issued a citation to appear in Essex County Superior Court on Jan. 20, 2026, at 8:30 a.m.
