NORWICH, NY — A 39-year-old man was arrested on burglary charges following an investigation into a break-in at a residence.
Ian W. Quinn, of Norwich, was taken into custody Jan. 14, 2026, by the Chenango County Sheriff’s Office.
Authorities said Quinn unlawfully entered a victim’s dwelling and stole property on Jan. 13, 2026.
Quinn was charged with burglary in the second degree and petit larceny.
He was remanded to the Chenango County Correctional Facility pending arraignment in Chenango County Court.
