ENOSBURG, VT — Vermont State Police have cited a Franklin man following a disturbance at a gas station on Pearl Street.
Troopers from the St. Albans Barracks responded to Maplefields gas station at 518 Pearl St. at approximately 7:55 p.m. Jan. 11.
Police say Justin Lockerby-Russin, 24, of Franklin, attempted to incite an altercation in the parking lot and caused damage to a vehicle belonging to Mason Bullock of Bristol.
Lockerby-Russin had left the scene before troopers arrived, police said.
Police later located Lockerby-Russin and issued him a citation on charges of disorderly conduct and unlawful mischief.
He is scheduled to appear at Franklin County Superior Court – Criminal Division on March 9 at 8 a.m.
