WEST RUTLAND, VT — A 26-year-old man was arrested following a family disturbance Monday night.
Troopers from the Vermont State Police – Rutland Barracks were notified of a family disturbance at a residence in West Rutland at approximately 11:30 p.m. on Jan. 13.
Through investigation, troopers determined Matthew Zidel, of West Rutland, caused pain and/or bodily injury to a family or household member.
Zidel was processed at Rutland Barracks on Jan. 14.
A judicial officer contacted issued Zidel court-ordered conditions of release.
Zidel was cited to appear at Vermont Superior Court, Rutland Criminal Division on Jan. 15 at 12:30 p.m.
