WATERFORD, CT — Police are searching for a man who allegedly stole nearly $400 worth of tools from a local hardware store.
The theft occurred at approximately 1 p.m. on Dec. 29 at Ace Hardware, according to the Waterford Police Department.
The suspect took Milwaukee-brand tools valued at $399.99 before fleeing the scene, police said.
He left in a white SUV, according to authorities.
