LINDEN, NJ — A Burlington County man has been arrested and charged in connection with a fatal stabbing at a restaurant, Union County Prosecutor William A. Daniel and Linden Police Chief David Hart announced.
Darnell Robinson, 41, of Wrightstown, is charged with first-degree murder, third-degree possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, and fourth-degree unlawful possession of a weapon.
The charges stem from the death of Erik Kuns, 35, of Keyport.
At approximately 10 p.m. on Nov. 9, Linden police officers responded to T.G.I. Fridays Restaurant at 400 S. Park Ave. for a report of a fight.
Upon arrival, officers located Kuns, who was found unresponsive outside the restaurant.
Kuns was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.
The investigation is ongoing.
