MIDDLESEX, NY — A woman was arrested on a drug possession charge after deputies responded to a report of possible drug possession.
Jennifer Dineen, 50, of Waterloo, was arrested at 9:20 p.m. Dec. 29 at 817 State Route 245.
Yates County Sheriff’s deputies made contact with Dineen, who admitted to being in possession of a Schedule II controlled substance, according to the sheriff’s office.
Dineen was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree.
She was issued an appearance ticket to answer to the charge in Middlesex Town Court at a later date.
Deputies Smith, Newell and McGuigan responded to the scene, along with K9 Edy.
