EAST GREENWICH, RI — A Providence man was arrested following a multi-car crash with injuries on Route 4 Northbound at 5:34 p.m.
Alberic Acevedo, 19, of Providence, was charged with reckless driving and other offenses against public safety.
State Police troopers responded to the crash scene on the northbound side of Route 4.
Acevedo was transported to the Rhode Island State Police Wickford Barracks.
He was processed and arraigned by a Justice of the Peace.
Acevedo was released with a future Third Division District Court date.
