DELHI, NY — A man was arrested on a fugitive warrant Nov. 25.
Matthew W. Sill, 30, of Delhi, was taken into custody by the Delhi Police Department after officers determined he had an active bench warrant issued by McKean County, Pennsylvania.
Sill was brought before the Delaware County Centralized Arraignment Part Court.
He was remanded to the Delaware County Jail, where he is being held pending extradition to Pennsylvania.
