DELHI, NY — A woman was arrested on a charge of making a terroristic threat following an investigation into a reported threat made toward a county agency.
Ariel Devers, 36, of Margaretville, was taken into custody on Dec. 30 by the Delhi Police Department.
Devers is accused of making a threat of violence toward the Delaware County Department of Social Services, specifically threatening to shoot up the building in connection with the placement of a child into foster care.
The threat was reported to law enforcement and investigated promptly.
Devers was taken into custody without incident and held at the Delaware County Jail pending arraignment at Delaware County Centralized Arraignment Part Court.
