PUTNEY, VT — Vermont State Police responded to a report of a domestic assault on West Hill on Jan. 1, 2026, at 8:42 a.m.
An investigation revealed that Anna Darrow, 46, of Rockingham, had committed the offense of domestic assault.
Darrow was taken into custody and later released on conditions.
Darrow was issued a citation to appear at Windham County Superior Court, Criminal Division on Jan. 2, 2026, at 12:30 p.m. to answer to the charge of domestic assault.
