NORWICH, NY — A 22-year-old man was arrested following a domestic disturbance on Dec. 22.
Kai M. Fitzgerald, of Norwich, was charged with assault in the third degree by the Chenango County Sheriff’s Office.
The incident occurred in the Town of Norwich.
