LINCOLN, RI — Members of the HIDTA Task Force arrested a Pawtucket man on multiple charges on Dec. 29.
Carlos Lopes Depina, 18, of Pawtucket, was charged with felony assault, possession of a ghost gun, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and obstructing a police officer.
Depina was transported to the Lincoln Barracks, where he was processed.
He was later turned over to officials at the ACI Men’s Intake Center pending arraignment in Sixth District Court.
