SALAMANCA, NY — A Salamanca man was arrested Dec. 23 following reports of a domestic incident in the city.
Bryan Acosta, 38, of Salamanca, had fled the scene and was located shortly after, according to the Salamanca Police Department.
Acosta was charged with second-degree burglary, fourth-degree criminal mischief and third-degree coercion.
He was processed and held for arraignment.
On Dec. 24, Jeremy Bucholz, 49, of Salamanca, was taken into custody on a bench warrant issued out of Cattaraugus County Superior Court.
Bucholz was taken into custody without incident and turned over to the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office.
Darrell Goston, 54, of Buffalo, was taken into custody on a bench warrant by New York State Troopers following a traffic stop in Gowanda.
Goston was turned over to Salamanca police without incident, where he was processed and held for arraignment.
Jason Gates, 47, of Salamanca, was taken into custody following a complaint in the city.
Gates was charged with two counts of second-degree harassment and endangering the welfare of a child.
Gates was processed and arraigned in Salamanca City Court.
On Dec. 25, Patrick Hathaway, 27, of Salamanca, was taken into custody on a bench warrant issued out of Salamanca City Court.
Hathaway was processed and released with an appearance ticket for a later court date.
On Dec. 27, Dalton Mcintyre, 23, of Fredonia, was taken into custody following a traffic stop in the city.
Mcintyre was charged with first-offense driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content greater than .08, fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, consuming alcohol in a motor vehicle, reckless driving and numerous other vehicle and traffic law violations.
Mcintyre was processed and held for arraignment.
On Dec. 28, Miranda Baker, 28, of Buffalo, was taken into custody on a bench warrant issued out of Salamanca City Court.
Baker was processed and held for arraignment.
Patrick Mims, 39, of Jamestown, was taken into custody following a motor vehicle accident in the city.
Mims was charged with unsafe backing and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.
Mims was released with an appearance ticket for a later court date.
On Dec. 29, Cameron Bray, 31, of Salamanca, was taken into custody following a domestic incident in the city.
Bray was charged with criminal mischief, resisting arrest, second-degree obstruction and second-degree harassment.
Bray was processed and released with an appearance ticket for a later court date.
