OWEGO, NY — A 44-year-old man was arrested following an investigation into a larceny complaint, according to the Tioga County Sheriff’s Office.
Ronald D. Batts, of Owego, was arrested on Dec. 21.
Batts was charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
He was taken to the Tioga County Jail where he was processed.
Batts is scheduled to appear at a later date in front of Justice Bogart in the Town of Tioga Court.
