FAIR HAVEN, VT — Police arrested a Rutland man on an outstanding warrant during a foot patrol on Main Street.
Joshua M. Richards, 38, was taken into custody at 5:02 p.m. on Dec. 27.
The warrant was issued by Judge Cortland Corsones of the Rutland District Court after Richards failed to appear in court on Dec. 15 for a prior charge of petit larceny.
Richards was lodged at the Marble Valley Correctional Center.
Bail on the warrant was set at $200.
