ENFIELD, CT — South Windsor police arrested a Wallingford man on multiple charges stemming from a 2023 domestic violence investigation.

Jesse A. Noyes, 40, of Wallingford, was taken into custody at 5:44 a.m. Wednesday during a traffic stop in Enfield.

Police determined Noyes had an active arrest warrant from South Windsor and two additional failure to appear warrants.

The charges stem from a December 2023 incident in which Noyes allegedly arrived at a victim’s residence and caused a disturbance by knocking continuously at the door and destroying property outside the residence.

A juvenile was present during the incident, according to police.

Noyes faces charges of risk of injury to a child, criminal attempt at burglary in the first degree, criminal trespass in the first degree, criminal mischief in the second degree, breach of peace in the second degree, harassment in the second degree and two counts of failure to appear in the second degree.

He was held on $32,000 surety bond and appeared in Manchester Superior Court at 9 a.m. Wednesday.
