PROVIDENCE, RI — A Cranston man was arrested following a disturbance on Route 6 on Dec. 28.
Elijah Scurry, 28, of Cranston, was taken into custody at 10:40 p.m. by Rhode Island State Police troopers.
Scurry faces charges of disorderly conduct, vandalism and injuring or tampering with vehicles.
He was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and held overnight as a probation violator.
Scurry was scheduled for arraignment at Sixth Division District Court.
