JOHNSTOWN, NY — A traffic stop on Dec. 26 led to a drug arrest after a K9 alerted to the presence of narcotics in a vehicle, according to the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies and the K9 Unit stopped a vehicle in the town of Johnstown for vehicle and traffic law violations.
K9 Loki was deployed for an exterior search of the vehicle and alerted to the presence of narcotics.
A subsequent search of the vehicle and its occupants resulted in the seizure of a large quantity of crack cocaine, acetaminophen/hydrocodone pills and U.S. currency.
