Man arrested on drug charge in Ellicottville

ELLICOTTVILLE, NY — A 62-year-old man was arrested Tuesday on a warrant charging him with criminal possession of a controlled substance, according to the Ellicottville Police Department.

James R. Frazier, of Ellicottville, was taken into custody on the seventh-degree felony charge involving methamphetamine.

Frazier was arraigned in Ellicottville Town Court and remanded to Cattaraugus County Jail in lieu of bail.
