CATSKILL, NY — The Greene County Sheriff’s Office arrested three individuals Tuesday following a months-long investigation into drug sales in the Village of Catskill.
Saide M. Green, 61, Andrew J. Pascarella, 39, and Amanda L. Carr, 32, all of Catskill, were taken into custody on December 23.
Green was charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell in the third degree, a class B felony, and two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree, also a class B felony.
Pascarella was charged with one count each of criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell in the third degree and criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree, both class B felonies.
Carr was also charged with one count each of criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell in the third degree and criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree, both class B felonies.
All three were arraigned in Greene County Court and released on their own recognizance.
They are scheduled to return to court at a later date.
