DUNKIRK, NY — A narcotics investigation led to the execution of a search warrant at a Townsend Street residence, resulting in one arrest.
Narcotics investigators from the Dunkirk Police Department, the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office and the Jamestown Police Department executed the search warrant at 219 Townsend St., with Dunkirk Police SRT making entry into the residence.
Hector W. Quinones was located inside the residence at the time of the search.
Investigators seized 22.5 grams of cocaine and scales and packaging material used for the sale and distribution of narcotics.
Quinones was charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree and criminally using drug paraphernalia in the second degree.
He was transported to the Dunkirk Police Department and later arraigned in Dunkirk City Court.
