WEBSTER, MA — Five people were arrested Thursday as part of a warrant apprehension operation conducted by the Webster Police Department Special Services Unit.
Jeffrey Marrier, 53, of Webster, was arrested on a warrant for assault with a dangerous weapon stemming from an incident in which he allegedly pulled a knife on a victim following a road-rage incident.
Louis Rock III, 52, of Webster, was arrested on three outstanding warrants with original charges of resisting arrest, vandalize property, assault and battery on a family/household member and intimidation of a witness.
During Rock’s arrest, he attempted to lock himself in a basement apartment to flee from officers, police said.
Officers forced entry and a brief struggle ensued before Rock was placed under arrest.
Rock was also charged with resisting arrest in addition to the warrants.
At the time of his arrest, Rock had 75 criminal charges on his Massachusetts record and was on active probation, police said.
Anna Szwarc, 41, of Webster, was arrested on seven outstanding warrants with original charges including disorderly conduct, two counts of assault with a dangerous weapon, resisting arrest, annoying telephone calls, false 911 call and disturbing the peace.
Jerome Clark, 45, of Webster, was arrested on a warrant for two counts of assault to rape a child, indecent assault and battery on a person 14 or over and strangulation/suffocation.
Terence Graves, 34, of Webster, was arrested on a warrant for assault and battery on a family/household member.
At the time of his arrest, Graves had 101 criminal charges on his Massachusetts record, police said.
