Man arrested on grand larceny charge in Rockingham

ROCKINGHAM, VT — A Westminster man was arrested in connection with the theft of $32,000 worth of property from a local cannabis business.

Adam Fischer, 45, of Westminster, was taken into custody on Dec. 21 following an investigation into a theft reported on Dec. 8.

Vermont State Police troopers from the Westminster Barracks were notified of the theft at approximately 7:44 p.m. on Dec. 8 at 30 Industrial Drive.

The victim was identified as Green Mountain Craft Cannabis.

Fischer was transported to the Westminster Barracks for processing following his arrest.

He was released with a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court, Windham Criminal Division, on Jan. 20, 2026, at 8:30 a.m. to answer to the charge of grand larceny.
