NEW LONDON, CT — A motorcyclist was injured in a crash at the New London Shopping Mall on Saturday afternoon.
New London Police and Fire personnel responded to the mall parking lot at 351 N. Frontage Rd. at approximately 2:32 p.m. for a reported accident involving a motorcycle and motor vehicle.
Emergency responders found an injured male motorcycle operator and immediately began rendering medical aid.
The motorcyclist was transported to Lawrence and Memorial Hospital for medical treatment.
The New London Police Accident Reconstruction Team responded to the scene and is conducting an active investigation.
