WEST GREENWICH, RI — A Richmond man was arrested early Monday on drunken driving charges following a traffic stop on Route 95.
Anthony Anderson, 29, of Richmond, was taken into custody at 2:43 a.m. Monday.
State police charged Anderson with driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs, second offense, and refusal to submit to a chemical test.
Anderson was transported to the State Police Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed and arraigned by a justice of the peace.
He was released to the custody of a responsible adult pending a future court date.
