CLIFTON PARK, NY — The Sheriff’s Office responded to a burglary call on Sept. 11 at 2:23 p.m. at 1537 Crescent Road in the town of Clifton Park.
Investigation into the matter resulted in the arrest of one person Thursday for burglary in the third degree, a class D felony.
Kevin Raymond Jr., 30, of Hudson was charged in the incident.
Raymond is accused of knowingly entering and remaining in a building with intent to commit a crime therein.
He allegedly used a crowbar to pry open the door of the business at that location while they were closed and gained access.
Raymond was arraigned before the Honorable Joseph V. Fodera in the Halfmoon Town Court and remanded to the Saratoga County Jail pending proceedings in the Clifton Park Town Court.
