BOLIVAR, NY — Bolivar police charged a woman with trespass and exposure of a person on Dec. 21.
Tiernney M. Bernstein, 33, of Olean, was issued appearance tickets for Village Court.
She is charged with trespass, a violation, and exposure of a person, a violation.
