CRANSTON, RI — A Maryland man was charged as a fugitive from justice on Dec. 17.
The ACI Investigations Unit charged Breissy Rodas Andino, 32, of Gwynn Oak, Maryland, as a fugitive from justice from the State of Maryland.
Andino was arraigned in Third Division District Court, where he did not waive extradition proceedings.
He was issued $100,000 double surety and remanded to the ACI.
