LAURENS, NY — A 20-year-old man was arrested following a property damage accident in the Town of Laurens.
Colin W. Smith, of Laurens, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree on Dec. 11.
The Otsego County Sheriff’s Office said the arrest followed an accident on County Route 11.
Smith was issued uniform traffic tickets and an appearance ticket.
He is scheduled to appear in Laurens Town Court at a later date.
