BENTON, NY — A Penn Yan man faces felony DWI charges following a single-vehicle crash Monday morning.
Larry E. Enos, 55, of Penn Yan, was arrested after deputies responded to Havens Corners Road near Flat Street at approximately 10:13 a.m. for a report of a motor vehicle in a ditch.
Deputies conducted standardized field sobriety tests on Enos at the scene.
Enos was charged with felony DWI greater than .08%, driving while intoxicated, and moved from lane unsafely.
He was held pending arraignment at the next session of Yates County CAP Court.
Deputies Betts and Cfoot were on scene.
Rushville Fire Department and Middlesex Ambulance also responded to the incident.
