ELLICOTTVILLE, NY — A woman was arrested on a drug charge following an incident in the town.
Debra Hartman, 55, of Olean, was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree.
Hartman was issued an appearance ticket directing her to appear in Ellicottville Town Court at a later date to answer to the charge.
The arrest was made by the Ellicottville Police Department on Dec. 12.
