ENOSBURG, VT — Vermont State Police arrested a 34-year-old man on multiple charges following a domestic assault incident on Perley Road.
Troopers from the St. Albans Barracks responded to a residence on Perley Road at approximately 4:55 p.m. on Dec. 15.
After an investigation, police determined that Justin Bushey, of Enosburg, had entered the residence, destroyed property and assaulted someone inside.
Bushey also had an active warrant for his arrest on a charge of violation of probation.
Bushey was taken into custody and charged with first degree aggravated domestic assault, second degree aggravated domestic assault, unlawful mischief and burglary.
He was transported to Northwest State Correctional Facility in St. Albans, where he was held without bail.
Bushey was issued a citation ordering him to appear before Franklin County Superior Court – Criminal Division on Dec. 16 at 1 p.m.
