NORTH NORWICH, NY — A 64-year-old man was arrested following a domestic dispute on Dec. 3.
Wayne D. Howe, of North Norwich, was charged with criminal mischief in the third degree, criminal obstruction of breathing, unlawful imprisonment in the second degree and harassment in the second degree.
Deputies from the Chenango County Sheriff’s Office responded to a residence in the town of North Norwich for a report of a domestic dispute.
After an investigation, Howe was arrested and processed at the Chenango County Sheriff’s Office.
He was arraigned in CAP Court and remanded to the Chenango County Jail on $1,000 cash bail.
Howe is scheduled to appear in North Norwich Town Court at a later date.
