SOUTH WINDSOR, CT — Police arrested a Manchester man Saturday following a domestic violence incident involving a child.
Timothy J. Ouellette, 42, of Manchester, was taken into custody at 4:17 p.m. Dec. 13.
Police said Ouellette struck a victim while in a vehicle and refused to pull over and let her out while a child was present in the vehicle.
Ouellette was charged with risk of injury to a child and disorderly conduct.
He was processed and released on a $2,000 non-surety bond.
Ouellette is scheduled to appear in Manchester Superior Court today at 9 a.m.
