MALTA, NY — A Ballston Spa man was arrested Thursday on a charge of third-degree grand larceny, a class D felony.
Christopher M. Lupinski, 31, of Ballston Spa, is accused of stealing more than $3,000 from an account holder at a local financial institution on June 3.
He allegedly withdrew $6,000 from that account, which was reportedly fraudulently linked to his own account.
Lupinski was released on an appearance ticket at the direction of the Honorable James A. Fauci of the Malta Town Court pending proceedings in that court.
