SCITUATE, RI — Troopers arrested a Woonsocket man on charges of possessing a stolen motor vehicle and drugs Tuesday morning.
Huntley Westcott, 74, of Woonsocket, was taken into custody at 6:51 a.m.
He faces charges of possession of a stolen motor vehicle, first offense, and possession of a Schedule I-V controlled substance.
The arrest was made by troopers from the Scituate Barracks.
