MT. HOLLY, VT — Vermont State Police arrested a man accused of violating a relief from abuse order and court-ordered conditions of release.
Police received a report at 10:41 p.m. Dec. 11 that Timothy Jackson, 37, of Castleton, had violated a relief from abuse order.
An investigation revealed Jackson had violated both his relief from abuse order and court-ordered conditions of release.
Jackson was located Dec. 12 and taken into custody without incident.
He was transported to the Rutland Barracks for processing and was issued additional court-ordered conditions of release.
Jackson was held on $1,000 bail and issued a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court Rutland Criminal Division on Dec. 15 at 12:30 p.m.
