VERONA, NY — State Police are investigating a hit-and-run crash that injured a UPS employee on Dec. 12.
The incident occurred at approximately 12:47 p.m. on Route 365 near DG Market.
A preliminary investigation determined that a UPS employee was walking in front of their delivery truck on the west shoulder of Route 365 when an unknown southbound vehicle struck them.
The victim sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to Wynn Hospital for treatment.
The suspect vehicle fled the scene following the collision.
The vehicle is believed to be gray or metallic in color.
