WILTON, NY — State Police responded to a two-car collision on southbound Interstate 87 at about 1:26 a.m. on Dec. 3.
The driver was identified as Jonathan M. Moucha, 43, of Centereach, New York.
Moucha was arrested for driving while intoxicated, aggravated unlicensed operation in the first degree and other vehicle and traffic law violations.
He was transported to State Police barracks in Wilton for processing where he recorded a 0.20 percent blood alcohol content.
Further investigation discovered Moucha has had a previous DWI conviction in the last 10 years.
Moucha was issued tickets returnable to Wilton Town Court and released.
The driver of the other vehicle was transported to Saratoga Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
