COLONIE, NY — State Police arrested a woman on drunken driving charges following a one-car crash on State Route 7.
Troopers assigned to the Latham Interstate Patrol responded to the collision at about 5:16 p.m. Nov. 28.
The driver was identified as Kimberly J. Bacon, 55, of Cropseyville.
Bacon was arrested for driving while intoxicated and numerous vehicle and traffic law violations.
She was transported to State Police barracks in Latham for processing where she recorded a 0.19% blood alcohol content.
Bacon was issued tickets returnable to Colonie Town Court on Dec. 22 and released to a sober third party.
