ASHLAND, NY — A Pennsylvania man was arrested on a weapon charge following a traffic stop.
Brannon W. Luper, 34, of Lawrenceville, was arrested Dec. 10 for criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree, a class A misdemeanor.
Luper was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Ashland Town Court at a later date.
